This is my vid from the Wisconsin WIAA State Track and Field Championships this past weekend, any and all critiques would be welcome and appreciated. I am a junior 160 lbs 5'10'' and was jumping on a 14' 170lbs spirit.

Stickum(spelling?) or chalk work just fine, and these are both entirely legal, so u dont have to bother with anything else

first off does anyone have a pit for sale in the Wisconsin area, and if not, what would be the best place to look for one, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Post all of ur bad vaults falls ex. that u caught on camera, heres mine. it hurt i was having an awfull bad day, but i learned a lesson of metal toughness, so i picked something up out of the deal

i vault with a bunch of people who have the simalar mental blocks. my pv coach has a favorite saying, and i say it to myself everytime that i'm flustered at the end of the runway. put simply

"Clear your mind and your butt will follow"

work on the bigger poles (as long as u get into the pit) but dont hold at the top, this will make the pole stiffer effectively giving it the ability to "send" u like u want it to

football and wrestling, but vaulting is definately the way to go

I have a problem with the swing. i never seem to get myself quite inverted and i was wondering if i moved my plant step outside on purpose if it would give more of a whip on take off?
