I live next door to a tumbler who had a trampoline. (By the way he got 2nd in the world in his age group, he is amazing!). We always practiced doing frontflips with halfturns. The tap should never ever be used. It is a false sense of security that will casue an injury later. You should only move up to a new pole when you are blasting through the current one. It looks like to me that your knees start out high and then you look like you trying to drive into the box too hard. Iff you keep your knees up it will give you a tendency to jump off the ground on the plant which will make everything following that much easier Believe me i've always had trouble kee...
