The only problem with it is that even though it does make the runner have a consistent stride, the stride for the hurdles (300's st least) are very long. Our coach always tells us to have somewhat short strides in our run up so it is almost a bad habit if used too much.

I run alot of events aside from the pole vault but they switch depending on where they need me
400m:54 sec
300 IH:48 sec
200m:26 sec
100:11.2sec
800: Don't know yet i have to run it tommarrow aiming for a 2:10

I second the motion about the heel walks and toe raises. When you do the heel walks walk 10m with your toes straight out then the next 10 with them pointed out and finally the last ten with them pointed in. This should help alot

I live next door to a tumbler who had a trampoline. (By the way he got 2nd in the world in his age group, he is amazing!). We always practiced doing frontflips with halfturns. Make sure you are eating more than usual and taking a multivitamin and maybe some protien. Make sure if your trying to bulk you try to get at least 1g of protien per pound of bodyweight You should see more muscle start to build

The tap should never ever be used. It is a false sense of security that will casue an injury later. You should only move up to a new pole when you are blasting through the current one. Even then the new pole will be stiffer so you should drop your hand hold until you establish penetration. The pole ...

It looks like to me that your knees start out high and then you look like you trying to drive into the box too hard. Iff you keep your knees up it will give you a tendency to jump off the ground on the plant which will make everything following that much easier Believe me i've always had trouble kee...
