Landed on my feet while doing drills. Pad cover was not secured, so my foot went between the pads and hit the gym floor. Tore ligaments in my ankle and lost an entire season.

Yes, a standard bungee and velcro wraps would work fine.

http://cableorganizer.com/wire-wrap/ has wraps for pretty cheap. They are 8". If that is not long enough to get around the standard just loop two together. :yes:

Thanks for the replys. They are all consistent with my interpretation of the rules.

We had a league coach try the "one run for every three heights passed". I didn't buy it.

Rules for passing heights

Article 15 of the NFHS rules states an athlete is permitted one warm-up jump if they have passed three consecutive heights.

If an athlete has passed six consecutive heights do they get two warm-up jumps?

my blister just popped three days ago, and after cleaning it, i tried to jump on it today. I took one jump and the pain was so bad i couldnt hold onto the pole.
