i always drink coffee before i compete...like about 3 cups of it!!...lol...but i drink it about 4 hours before i compete so i don't really think it affects my vaulting

that's me!!...it was such an awesome feeling!...i had the next bar too, which was at 4.38!!!...grrrrrr..i just broke my bottom arm too soon!...i'll get it next time :)
