Jump looks decent. You need to stay closer to the pole as you get to the top of your jump. You drift away from the pole and fall out of the sky without any off the top. I believe that to get inverted, all the athlete needs to do is rock back. The arms play NO ROLE in "pulling the athletes hips up". I have to disagree with pole vault newbie. The collapsing of the bottom arm sets up for a weak plant whether you are on a 15 foot pole or a 12 ft pole. You want to keep the pole moving forward into the pit, and when you collapse the left arm (for a righty), it results in you being closer to the pole...
