I pole vault, long jump and high jump... PV is 14'6.. LJ 18'6 and HJ 5'9

Our School REcord for guys is 14'6 and I've done that in practice with a bungee...

Our Record was set by Jeff Smith back in 1978.... That record NEEDS to be broken... and I think I'm a perfect candidate to break it my Senior year! :-D

well we had a pole break years ago... so we use the remaining like 9 ft of it and use it as a drill pole... practice 1 handers... rock back, swing... all that good stuff

Well, I would have a big fricken runway in my house... that i had a very large upstairs with like a belcony thing so that when i vault, i vault into the open room and people on the belcony could see the vault at the top of the bar, instead of looking WAYYYYYYY Up ;) lol and also a pit outside and ye...

dang, I'm guilty of like everything on here lol... and when your coaches have to physically make you stop vaulting....even though you KNOW you have another vault in you lol

I've Vaulted 14'6 at practice with a rubberband not touching it much... only 12'6 in a meet though

My PR at the end of last year tho was 9'6... and I still have 1 year left
