the problem is that i already had one surgery on the same bone and it didnt heal after 3 years. the chance of it healing is i go through the same sugery as before is about .01%. the only option that would let me continue to vault is the experimental surgery, but i most likely wont get that one be ab...

maddy is awesome!! and she has a teammate thats the same year goin 11' (katie vo). Randy is a friggin great coach and people from the entire league come to las lomas to vault w/ him. both girls should be over 12 by the end of this upcoming season!!

pulling through the pole is what makes you turn, however, if u consicously think about putting your right leg over your left (right handed vaulters) this will also help you to turn.
