After talking to him last Sunday, he was very excited about a new PR. I did not ask him about the national rankings or if he knew. But we are all happy for him and I will make sure to tell him of his ranking.

I have a copy of Jack Shepards 2004 and It says Skipper has the 18yr age mark. Do you know why they are failing to recognise Jacob Davis mark?

Scott will not be 19 until late june. My guess is they might have been a year older. I think Skipper has the 18 yr old record at 18' 3"

A vote for Casey Roche. His dad is one of the most knowledgeable coaches I have met. He is a stickler for technique. And over the last year, I have seen Casey become faster much more powerful on the runway. He also seems to be able to jump at take off much better than most younger vaulters.

But there is no doubt Mike Morrison did end up the year with the best outdoor mark at 17'6.5. And for that is the top high school vaulter. Y...

Like I said in the post, I was under the impression the age record for a 17yr old person was 17'6.5" . Scotty will not turn 18 until the middle of the summer so he would like to get that one. So if Eric Eschabaugh was 17 when he went 18' 2", could someone let me know where they saw that written. Tha...
