I remember a couple of people completely raping the bar and making heights they probably never have b4. but when the girls were jumping saturday some of them looked like they were getting cheated IMO

I'm on USC poles right now but my favorite is pacer, i love em... the bend just how i want em to

I've tried it when jumping.. and i think if you can do it its fair game... i had a really hard time doing it even at low heights
