Shoes
Hi, My son is primarily a pole vaulter but he also runs the 100m and the relay. Is there a shoe that can fit both needs? Can a sprint shoe be used as a pole vault shoe? I would rather imagine that sprinting in a pole vault specific shoe is inadvisable. Any comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
