Pit for sale in Texas - SOLD
It's a port-a-pit only 4 yrs old, with port-a-pit standards(18'),box collar, and standard pads all blue. It has been used at River vault so some of you might have jumped on it. srtomasini@satx.rr.com

I started with a wood runway. I now have a concrete runway covered with mondo, I think it's the best way to go. It's 4' wide 120' long and I made the expantion joints every 10' .

My son has never jumped on anything but ESSX poles. Never a problem moveing from pole to pole and thats over 30 poles. pit approvel
I just saw this today. I took pics and sent information to USATF. Can't wait to see what the response is. Our pit is a Porta Pit, base pads, box collar, and mondo runway. The set up came from Texas Pole Vault Round Up in 2005(BRAND NEW). It just happens to be in my backyard.

The thumb rule for moving to a longer pole is, 1) the pole you are on is 10 to 15 pounds over your weight 2) you have maxed your grip on the pole 3) you are jumping over your hand hold a lot of good information on this is here.
