hey everyone!!!! im a vaulter at cal state fullerton... and well for my graphic design class we have to design a book and we can make it about any topic, and of course i chose to do it on pole vault. we dont have to write the book but we have to get tons of information SOOO i would greatly appreciat...

yah i was thinkin the same thing. they didnt even mention any of the vaulters .. not even at the end when they quickly showed other winners from the meet. i mean i was at the meet so i got to watch it but its pretty stupid. cbs is dumb. lol.

haha.. tim, i remember you trying to teach me this at the mt sac camp.. it actually helped me a lot and my rockback is getting there.. i just haven't gotten to that "point" yet but i'll try to use all your suggestions.

what does everyone do/think of to try to get vertical. i think that is one of my biggest problems. i have a pretty decent take off and plant but right after that, it's like i somehow just pause and i don't finish my jump.. so how does everyone train for their perfect rock back?
