are you holding the "top" of the 13' pole or 12'6 grip??? and are you bending the pole? or maybe sliding your grip?? the reason i'm asking is this.. a 12'6" grip is an average jump of 12' i know there is no time to change your technique but a bigger/longer pole and or higher grip doesn't sound like...
